To return or exchange an item, please contact customer service via email at customerservice@personalizedworld.com.

Please include the order number and your contact details.

Returns and exchanges can only be accepted with a return authorization code.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:
All personalized and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

RETURN POLICY:
If you would like to return an item eligible to be returned, please contact customer service. Please note Personalized World is not responsible for lost or stolen items, or damaged due to wear and tear. Return requested must be submitted within a 10 day period from the delivery date of the order. All merchandise must be returned in new, unworn condition. Please ensure you have the return authorization code before sending any merchandise.

GIFT RETURN POLICY:
Eligible items received as a gift can be returned and exchanged for another item or store credit. Personalized and customized items are final sales and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
